We of course need to see the new code
Parliament will approve it, by now all MP's know it's a scam.

Will this mean that the so called 2024 code put together by the BPA and IPC will be shedded and flushed down the toilet

Yes - unless the new SoS is daft as a brush - it will mean that the BPA & IPC's version will join the sewage in the sea.
Hope it does not end up in the sea, we don't want people suffering with verbal diarrhoea

Thanks again @Coupon-mad and @bargepole for all your work on this; plus of course everyone else contributing.  I've never had a ticket but am deeply invested in your success because I believe in fair play. You are ornaments to society; shining lights in stark contrast to some other behaviour.   Onwards and upwards Humdinger

This legal academic seems to think so.

Let's kick this off again in 2025 as evidence for the 'new' MHCLG.

    I'm looking for:

    - signs where the PCN is £50/£60/£70

    or

    - signs (any PCN value) that don't quantify the DRA fee as a stated sum in large lettering.

If you take photos yourself, please show them as a screenshot to show the date a photo was taken) or with that metadata embedded.

It Is important that we aren't accused of showing old photos.

     :)

Here's one showing the Group Nexus sign that supposedly supports a PCN in April 2025.

Now this is £100 PCN but this one is evidence that the fake DRA charge ISN'T readable or quantified, which is important to prove it does NOT act as a deterrent:

    Needs the metadata from @Helpneeded321

Civil Enforcement Ltd's sign from this current 2025 thread has the £100 in much, much smaller font than the headline tariffs.

Most importantly, there's no readable info about a DRA fee which is unknown and has zero deterrent value:
