    I understand.
  • Last month I added some photos to this thread of the Beavis v Parking Eye car park (Riverside Retail Park, Chelmsford) showing sticker signs.  Here's a reminder.

Just an update to show the power of this forum.  Guess what?  All the signs in this car park have been replaced with shiny new signs which are not stickers.  I wonder why???

    Hello Parking Eye...

Could you possibly add the date (metadata) to that picture or screenshot the photo on your phone and show that image to prove the date it was taken, and where?

@Coupon-mad I'm computer and phone illiterate.  No idea how to do any of that.  Location is always switched off.

I didn't know how to do a screenshot on a phone either, until this year.  LOL!

On my iPhone Google told me it involves holding 2 buttons down. It works!

Does this help ? AFAIK you will not get a location with phone/ camera location turned off ( why do people turn it off?)  If I embed the date then clued up people can tell that a third party ... me .... has altered it  this came form the picture info
  • Waterside Way (Business Park), Northampton NN4 7XD 16/09/2023. Freshly painted yellow lines (which have now eliminated the contentious parking bays - the subject of my PCN) although obviously their signs could do with some similar attention.

Sort of UKPC case DCBL would take on?
Maybe that's what DCBL mean when they claim damages ?
