Friend of mine got PCN from PPC for parking in Holiday INN for 30 minutes was at the reception trying to book a room but he couldn’t find any, so he left and received PCN after a month. He didn’t notice  the sign nor the receptionist remind him of the registration.

Also, this is the only signage in the site. I went myself and took the photo.

Thanks but we only want signs showing PCNs of £70 or less.  Or sites with no PPC at all.

Look at the other examples posted already.

... or signs that are hidden or damaged such that they cannot be read (no deterrent), or have been changed by the addition of cheap stickers.

Just attended a DLUHC Webinar on the Call for Evidence, nothing exciting to report but the DLUHC are encouraging people to supply your evidence.  Just ten days left, approx.

If I can share the recorded Webinar I will.  The DLUHC are going to release a recording.

It was interesting but I suspect a lot of the questions came from the parking industry.  I also thought they had limited understanding of the concept of how you feed qualitative evidence into the consultation (collecting and analysing non-numerical data to understand concepts, opinions etc).  They seemed very focussed on evidence that could be translated into an excel spread sheet of facts.  They said they would read the other types of evidence but not sure what they will do with it.

They didn't like the fact the draft IA talks about Market Failure.  Of course it does, it's one of the limited reasons for doing an Impact Assessment and obviously there's been a major market failure if the Government has had to step in!

I agree. It wasn't particularly exciting. I did try and submit some questions via the chat function but it fails to send them.

The webinar was a bit dull with nothing really of note to report. You could tell which questions were from the parking industry. They weren't happy about the profit levels being made public, and one of them was very much about, "why don't you believe the data from us fine upstanding and honest businesses as opposed to whinging by the ungrateful mass of non-complaint lying motorists?"
Very much agree. Some very obvious self serving 'questions' from PPCs
