The BPA will be embarrassed by that OPS site above...or maybe they think it's fine?

Did my friend on her walk around leafy Hove, find IPC firms doing a better job in the City?

    Nope....

Furniture Village, Old Shoreham Rd, Hove.

Here's the entrance and IPC mandatory entrance sign...

    ...oh wait...

    It's blank with dried glue:

My friend confirms that entrance sign hasn't been stuck there for 5 years or even more.

    Google Streetview would prove that.

Yep, here's that 'Entrance Sign' 3 years ago:

    Inside there's:

    - a VERY faded sign, impossible to read:

    - an empty pole in a bush where there used to be a sign (empty pole near the red car):

    - NONE AT ALL in front of the very faded disabled bays beside the store:

In fact I only know that it's UKCPS who infest this site because my friend squinted at the faded sign on a pole and just saw 'UKCPS' and the remnants of an IPC AOS roundel (no longer visible really).

    Maybe they were kicked out.

    Who knows?!

Tesco Express in The Droveway, Hove.

Residential area with restricted permit parking on street, and schools and parks nearby.

£70 PCN is a sufficient deterrent

    Greyhound Stadium
    Hove, BN3.

Includes a gym next door and large Waitrose.  Britannia signs say 2 hours max stay.  No idea how that works for a greyhound racing evening which lasts longer.

£70 is considered a sufficient deterrent

Next to the Greyhound stadium is Waitrose.
    Neville Road Hove BN3

Clearer green signs than the stadium.
    The only contravention is overstay.
    No other rules.

£70 is considered a sufficient deterrent:

My friend could not find a single contractual sign at the accessible bays.  That will have to be put right to comply with the DLUHC's Code:
