Schedule 2 part 1 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 with regards to unfair terms:-
14A term which has the object or effect of giving the trader the discretion to decide the price payable under the contract after the consumer has become bound by it, where no price or method of determining the price is agreed when the consumer becomes bound.

Schedule 2 part 1 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 with regards to unfair terms: This is outdated and does not reflect  on how parking scammers operate.

Sure you want pictures and over the weekend I will upload more

But what you have said ... "In any event, the sign mentions the Parking Code of Practice which does (will) provide a method of determining the £charge. No PPC will be able to issue overstay PCNs for £100 because that would breach the statutory Code." .... is correct, how much will they be able to charge for an overstay ?

And what about the rubbish of UKPC ... "DRIVER LEFT SITE"

Not sure if this will work.....

Whats this? an Aldi with no PPC ? busy car park with disabled bays available?

General view of busy car park (top photo) - note the lack of a PPC and no "carmageddon" or chaos, people parking up in the bays with no obstructions and traffic flowing freely

General view of disabled bays/area, note even though the car park is busy, and even though there is no Parking company present, there are still plenty of disabled bays available with zero mass abuse of the facilities

It didn't work, assuming there is supposed to be photos in your post.

Looks like a multi-outlet retail park where Aldi is not the main player (PPC contractor).
