Was there not a T&Cs sign?1 -
There was only 2 payment stations in the hole carpark & being a BH weekend was very busy. I went to this on in the photo and there was no T&C just the tariff for parking hours.
I was not about to hunt the hole carpark for others, there may have been something else at the other payment station with around 20 people waiting to use it.
One of my points is that if BPA audit their members signs/site how could they get away with including the wording Prosecution?1 -

I stayed at the Premier Inn, Horsham, Sussex for two nights this week. Hotel fine but Horizon Parking were on site
Today, Premier asked for a review and an extra review to go on Trustpilot
This is my review ....NICE HOTEL, GREAT STAFF.Good location opposite the station.Car park for guests but you have to enter reg number in machine at reception or you will get a £85 parking charge issued by Horizon Parking. This company has a bad reputation for parking charges and if you fail to pay, debt collectors will contact you and then solicitors who will take you to courtBE WARNED ...... PREMIER INN HORSHAM DO NOT NEED SUCH AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOUR WHICH LETS THE HOTEL DOWN5 -
Sainsbury's and other smaller shops in Bishops Stortford. No PPC or restrictions for main carpark but PPC sign monitoring Blue Badge and Parent & Child parking with £70 charge.2
-
Sainsbury's with their own dedicated car park (ML10), but also with (perhaps) confusing signage - ECP vs Horizon (I hope this works):
Edit: here are the photos.
