    Notice there was no mention of anything to do with a amount of invoice payable in breach of T&C, Also the PROSECUTION  :open_mouth:

    There was only 2 payment stations in the hole carpark & being a BH weekend was very busy. I went to this on in the photo and there was no T&C just the tariff for parking hours. 

    I was not about to hunt the hole carpark for others, there may have been something else at the other payment station with around 20 people waiting to use it.

    One of my points is that if BPA audit their members signs/site how could they get away with including the wording Prosecution?

    Dundee DD5 Scotland housing estate local amenities Co-op food take aways dentist chemist hairdresser nursery church 2 car parks & roadside parking. NO PPC or PARKING RESTRICTIONS    
    Across the road is pub/restaurant hotel and care home (detached) all with own parking
    NO PPC or PARKING RESTRICTIONS

    Dundee DD5 Scotland Community Sports Club bar & function room offers rugby tennis squash cricket table tennis gym exercise & dance classes  NO PPC or PARKING RESTRICTIONS

    Sainsbury's and other smaller shops in Bishops Stortford. No PPC or restrictions for main carpark but PPC sign monitoring Blue Badge and Parent & Child parking with £70 charge.

    Sainsbury's with their own dedicated car park (ML10), but also with (perhaps) confusing signage - ECP vs Horizon (I hope this works):
