@Umkomaas - I can see that on some sites but this one very elongated with a range of fast food outlets at one end and another exit at the far end.  It was hard to see if the car parking around food outlets was separate or part of the larger car park but there were UKPC signs in both areas. I walked to the MCDs after visiting and buying in several shops - hopefully I won't get a PCN.

They'll chance any opportunity to score.  Nothing seems to hold UKPC back these days.

I found this interesting in a UKPC contract regarding the cancellation of PCN,s, which limits  the client/landowner to no more than 10% in a calendar month. It’s the last bullet point at the bottom of the page. Surely there should be no limit for anyone with a valid reason for cancellation.

What a stupid restriction. So, if you're one of the first 9 PCNs issued that month, they can't cancel it according to their contract. Or... if you receive a PCN late in the month, you may not get it cancelled because they say that your cancellation would take them over the 10%.

Maybe we should all go around with stickers that have £5 printed on them and apply them when parking and photograph them with "amended" charges. Why not force them to replace all their outdated signs under the regulations when they finally come into force? There should be no sympathy lost for these vermin having to use a chunk of their extortion funds to stay in business if they want to under the upcoming regs.
