    What a rough set of stickers!  What a mess.

    Keep them coming in August & September everyone. £70 or less.

    Or badly damaged signs (can be £100, unreadable).

    Or car parks operating with no signs at all.

    Cost of maintaining signs = £ zero
    Cost of amending signs by use of cheap stickers = Peanuts

    Interesting to note that there is no requirement to display a blue badge in an accessible bay.
