UKPC signage at Superbowl Macclesfield. Parking was free for patrons, required to enter vehicle registration number into keypad inside venue. Signage sparse and hidden by trees, font size making it virtually impossible to read the terms relating to registering vehicle. Carpark had never had a PPC, 20+ years, UKPC snared 100's of genuine customers and were kicked out by Superbowl 12 months into a 3 year contract. Beaumaris, Anglesey Green Car park - I didn't get a picture but link shows large car park right by sea.  Barrier and a man with a card reader £6 a day by card only - presumably free off season. No PPC in sight.

Dale Road West Shore Llandudno - pay and display - I think I paid about £4 for 4 hours. Right on the beach.

That covers several DLUHC questions including impact of lower charge = £ zero (if option 5 selected), and cost of updating signs = a few quid (cheap "sticker" used to amend existing sign).
