City of London Cemetry, Aldersbrook Rd, Manor Park, London. No PPC.1

Plas Coch RP (Premier Park Ltd) however previously banned people from walking off site every day. And of course £100 PCNs were raised against people popping over from Boots or other stores, to Sainsburys or Aldis to pick up incidentals, as you do. (plus anyone who parked and went to the football when the retail park shops were closed.) It caused problems.
It took involvement of the media and the property manager Savills to produce the now sensible match days only application of parking restrictions including walking off site.
Premiere Park Ltd were forced to abandon their policy of confusion when faced by public opinion, local politicians AND the Property Manager, SavillsSavills have always seemed to be one of the more enlightened Property Managers where parking is concerned. Why they feel they need to use PPCs has never been articulated. But, they're always prepared to have individual PCNs cancelled for genuine shoppers. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Plas Coch Retail Park Wrexham (Currys, Boots TK Max, Pets at Home and Costa), is walking distance from Rob & Ryan’s Wrexham FC football ground and Glyndwr University campus. Seemingly part of, but not part of the retail park, are Sainsburys (Euro Car Parks), Aldi (Parking Eye) and Plas Coch pub (no parking controls).
Sainsburys (Euro Car Parks) have historically handled the car parking threat on match days sensibly as per notices (3 hrs free parking, reduced to 1.5hrs on match days), no restriction on walking off site, a max charge of £85, and genuinely try to prevent problems with clear signage.

Coupon-mad said:@Fruitcake and @Snakes_Belly do you think you might be able to get evidence of this from the horse's mouth, like I suggested to @kryten3000 about MK Estates?
There are certain people (naming none here) that I'll write to when we are back from our holiday.
I want to encourage landowners stung by a PPC over the years, and local councillors to respond to the call for evidence. Or to reply to an email with their experience that I can use as evidence rather than hearsay news articles.
Anyone in Norwich?
Their Councillors could give good evidence about how NPC have ruined the city.
These are the words used by Christie Estates to confirm DSFP were no longer operating at their Sandhills, Devon beach car. From March 1st, Christie Estates will be taking over the management of Sandhills car park in Instow through an operating company called NDCI Ltd. The Estate has been working with the local community for input on new signage and improvements to the visitor experience. This includes transparency of messaging, the addition of a contactless payment facility and a free 15 minute drop off and go period. While enforcement measures will remain in place, it is hoped the removal of ANPR cameras and a more open management approach will mark a new chapter for the car park and serve the best interests of the local community and visitors to Instow. This week there will be a transition period where there will be some disruption whilst surfacing works are being undertaken, and the machines and signage are being upgraded. Please bear with us during this time which may require the car park to be closed for a short period early in the week.
I'll ask Rachael over at the Sandhills Action Group if she has a hard copy or an email from the landowner to support this.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -

SABA T&Cs as hideously detailed and in even smaller print than those of NCP. The DLUHC must make some statement about what can/can't be loaded onto a motorist by the totally innocent, everyday action of parking one's car! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Perhaps the DLUHC should ask the parking industry how they would manage these car parks to increase usage.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks3
