Town centre short term car park Dundee DD1 Scotland. PPC  RESTRICTIONS and it's a  "FINE" here £60. This amount is unreadable on main sign due to wear and tear. It was found on the new signs at the pay station. NCP's new terms and conditions signs are really becoming ridiculously lengthy and unreadable in the allocated time limit.  
Across the road is NCP long term parking with same sign previously posted. 
PCN £85 here. 
All other car parks PCN I came across in town were £85 - £100.

The NCP charge appears to be £60 after 14 days but with only a £10 discount for early payment, not 40%. The £60 charge appears to be on some sort of sticker.

Thus, cost of updating signs = a few pence.
Cost of maintaining signs = zero (otherwise the operator would have updated the discount amount as well).

How about a Google Streetview image showing PE signs in place, screengrabs of bad reviews/complaints, plus a current dated image showing the PPC is no longer present, and bung it in an email.

I didn’t think it would be possible due to the short affair with PE but it appears Google street has captured it perfectly (delving back in the archives), and plenty of bad reviews to go with it
