Parking Code evidence - pictures of signs with £50, £60 or £70 PCN and no £ DRA fee on the sign
This is the Tesco Express on Newton Road, Bletchley. It is a shared car park with residential spaces which are clearly marked. £70 charge. Main sign is obscured by foliage, this is the only sign with full terms. There's no entrance sign either.

Co-op Newton Road, Bletchley. Right next to the Tesco Express, they have their own car park as well as Starship delivery robots (who park neatly on the pavement). Proper entrance sign, £70 charge. Time limit does not apply to Blue Badge holders.

This is the NCP car park in central Bletchley. There's plenty of free on-street parking available nearby. Here as an example of apparently clear signage which isn't.
Nice big sign on the road outside - only £0.30p (sic) per hour!
Here's the entrance sign (entry is just to the right of the sign)
What's that? Can't read the terms?
Still not clear enough?
Once you get into the car park you're greeted with this:
These
The car park isn't actually very busy.
Again doesn't say when the PCN is due, only the discount period.

Lidl Bletchley has some signs up stating maximum 2 hours parking with a possible £50 charge for exceeding this. There are no other signs with additional details, nor is the operator identified anywhere.
Just opposite there are several other retail outlets with a small amount of parking, absolutely no signs at all.

Beacon Retail park, Bletchley. Lots of popular outlets here including Boots, Home Bargains, Greggs, TK Max, Costa and a PureGym. £85 charge, 3 hours maximum stay.
Usually pretty busy.

Here's a selection of locations in Winterhill, Milton Keynes. Most of the retail outlets have parking management in place including DFS and all of the other outlets here.
Turn 180 degrees and you'll find Dreams. No signs up here.
Next door is B&M Home Store, again no parking management
A little further up the road is Wickes. No parking management.
Here are the disabled bays in the Wickes car park. Notice how no one is abusing them despite the lack of a parking operator?
Further up the road is another group of retail outlets. Once again, no parking management in place.
More empty accessible bays and look how everyone is parked neatly.

Also Winterhill, Bletchley. This is a converted office building which is now home to a PureGym and JD Gym. This car park definitely had management in place a year or 2 ago because I am sure I helped someone with a PCN received here. I was pleasantly surprised to find no trace of parking management other than some of the spaces marked with a JD logo (which I totally failed to photograph).

Right next to PureGym/JD Gym on Winterhill, Milton Keynes is this lighting supplies business. Clearly signed as private land but no other management in place.
