Re the SIP signs; I'm not seeing any discount being offered on the £50 charge.2
-
Yes - yet the signs at Horton Hospital at Banbury does have the reduced charge at £25 but nothing about any collection fee. All the same Trust.2

So we can deduce from that slab of text that if a driver overstays and doesn't self-report (read: confess) that overstay to SIP within 28 days of the event, then they automatically find that they then owe SIP £110.00.
What a joke.
I can't remember the details, but isn't there something 'magical' about the words 'on behalf of' on parking signs?
All those signs at Oxford Hospitals shown us by @1505grandad include the words...
This car park is private land and is managed and operated on behalf of:
Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust by:
SIP Parking Limited (08456205), Peter House,
Oxford Street, Manchester M1 5AN (the creditor)1 -
The notorious Willen Lake car park, under new management (was Napier now Smart). Charge is £50 and you can pay up to 48 hours after leaving the car park. This car park is usually quite busy, while I was there I saw many people queuing to make payment. These signs are above the speed limit sign in the first picture. Of course there's no indication of *when* the charge is due, only that the discount applies if paid within 14 days.
(GSV is very outdated for this location).
Always remember to abide by Space Corps Directive 39436175880932/B:
'All nations attending the conference are only allocated one parking space.'2
