It's North evington Leisure centre in Leicester. There is no parking sign board, no company could not see any board related to parking. Not sure if it's any good?

Pictures such as yours are very importanr to show that PPC's are really not required let alone the scam they operate and extortion type legals

Those car parks that let PPC's in have been sold a pup and end up losing business

The pictures you posted clearly shows that life after PPC's goes on and the retailers prosper

Of course if we listened to the BPA club of scammers, , the world will come to an end without PPC's.

Leisure Park Dundee DD4 Scotland  NO PPC or PARKING RESTRICTIONS  4 units share 386 car park spaces a further 272 spaces in a 2 storey decked area are unused and closed off.  
The gym closed during COVID pandemic never re opened and remains unlet.
