And that's only half the car park the other half has just as many empty spaces! They could run a park n ride from it. Maybe something Horizon will consider!
Near enough to any of the local football stadiums? It would be a great park & ride place for events.

It’s also right next to a school and it doesn’t get abused, my kids go to cliff lane and I don’t see parents abusing it
