Fruitcake said:Does anyone have the Gary Osner statement, his actual words, where he admitted the fake add on debt recovery charges were fake add ons? I can't get the link to his Parkmavern interview to work. The article has been removed from the ParkMaven website, but they seem to have missed this on LinkedIn! So, if you want to have an internet link ....

BRILLIANT EVIDENCE of the Great Osner scam.
Not a smart thing to do on the internet being a "WIDE MOUTH FROG"

St Catherines Retail Park Perth PH1 Scotland close to town centre. Years since I was last here really wish I hadn't bothered or parked in council car park and walked in.
It's split into 4 seperate sites by main roads. You can drive through or around the park without actually entering it. I remember there was outrage in the past when a PPC issued pcns to motorists for driving past.
Each of the 4 sites have different PPC with different restrictions 1 has £70 PCN other 3 are £100.
The 1st sign spotted
Checked main signage below. No details given about leaving the site but just incase
somebody's watching I drove to each site.
Oh dear not my favourite PPC so I took photos and left. But they do deserve a gold star for time limits offered and option to pay for longer stay as it is the largest site.
PCN is £100.
Next site is smaller 4 retailers PCN £70
Morrisons PCN £100 so didnt post photo.

East Midlands Railway mucked it up by unfairly 'fining' the wrong drivers but clearly this Summer, East Midland Railway decided that £70 is sufficient deterrent to keep unauthorised vehicles out of a Taxi Rank and they were issuing PCNs on foot:

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

McDonalds nacton road Ipswich no parking restrictions and no issues, the harvester and and Toby opposite also have never had any restrictions and is a wonderful car park to use, the small shopping area on the back of McDonalds however is run by UKPC.
Theres a hungry horse (thrasher) on the opposite side in the road that about a year ago had a PPC in operation, but pleasing to see that they have sacked them off,2 -
H&P garage in Wrexham with cars before & after their MOT/service. It's located behind the notorious Island Green retail park in Wrexham, controlled by Euro Car Parks. (See delivery bay for Smythes protected by the yellow sign in distance) and it is quite feasible to park in garage car park and cut through to the retail park.
However unwanted parking is not a problem for the garage. It is protected by just three signs cautioning re £50 penalty. And has been the same for years.
Island Green however seems to attract Wrexham residents who can only ever enter two characters from their VRN into the ticket machines!! Of course the machines are never faulty.

B&Q Dundee DD2 Scotland. PPC pcn £70 3hrs stay. It's a Do Not leave the premises one. There are other retailers and an industrial estate in the same area but all have own parking spaces. So unsure why that's needed.
