Same for our Tesco (Bicester) - Horizon permits also valid in accessible bays.

As an aside our Sainsburys is also £80 (and after chasers they are still "investigating" my whitelist conundrum).2

Here are some signs after a cycle around a few Liverpool locations:
Local Sainsbury's:
Tesco:
Asda, BM, Primark and others large car park... no infestation. However, the disabled and parent/child bays do have a £70 warning from Parking Eye. No other signage about any parking restrictions:

New Mersey Shopping Park (very busy) but no idea what Group Nexus are charging on their useless, unreadable signs:

The Group Nexus disabled bay notices which require a step ladder and magnifying glass to read them. This is just one set of bays with just 2 signs for 8 bays:
