I was wrong. I thought car parking regime around the area near Bristol Temple Meads Station was done by the landowner/landholder. It wasn't.
Most of the signs have now gone since I was last there, but I found one stuck over another sign.

It's County Parking Enforcement Agency, but according to Companies House it was dissolved last December.

The Welcome (entrance) sign offers tariffs - any contract is with Bransby Wilson (not MB) then:

The MB signs have £100 in 'big' but all other terms are in minuscule text and there's nothing to warn a driver about the fake £70 add-on:

The PCN sum is the deterrent. Could just as easily be £50. Would make no difference.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

New signs at Leeds station in an attempt to stop those picking up passengers overstaying their welcome.

Note it states 'the driver' is liable.

Interesting this one does actually mention a collection fee of £70(*). But look at the font size!

Southwick Beach - West Sussex, next to Shoreham-by-Sea - is infested by GXS.

As usual the green Pay By Phone sign has far more prominent and massively larger text than the so called t&cs on the useless pale wishy-washy faded sign underneath.

Nothing about added fake DRA fees.

Chippenham GWR Station. Standard unreadable APCOA signs, image taken from less than 2m.

I found this on the Sandhills Facebook parking forum, a recent photo of an Ilfracombe car park.

Confusing Ts and Cs, and mention of additional but unquantified charges.

An odd one from Parking Solutions 24 Ltd. Non-payment can increase the price to a maximum of an odd £130. But it can increase beyond that 'maximum' by an unspecified amount.

Across the road NCP also manage the two Overgate Shopping Centre car parks, multi-storey and short term street one. All have same signage and PCNs are £100.
You need a magnifying glass to read their long list of T&Cs and learn debt recovery costs apply though the actual cost is not specified.
