The red colour in itself is a good deterrent.

The £100 is neither here nor there; could just as easily be £70 or £50 and in much larger 'warning' lettering and it would be a far better deterrent.

We all know that the last thing PPC World want is large lettering and deterring people from falling into their 'hidden pitfall or trap'.

Best car parks:

Sainsbury’s - £70 – Euro Car Parks.  Option to pay for parking if staying over 4 hours.  Famous for being the first Sainsbury’s in England to take more than a million pounds in a single day.  Always very busy.

Hobbycraft – same retail park – no parking restrictions and no problems
