Can’t upload photos from iPad/iPhone

I need to order some prints but when I try to upload to Snapfish, it lets me highlight the photos I want but when I press the ‘add’ button, it goes grey but then turns blue again. Pressing it again does the same thing. I tried the Snapfish app instead but the same problem occurs. Their customer support has been useless, with a never-ending loop of ‘log out and in again, clear cookies/cache, try the app, try a different device’ on repeat, regardless of my answers.
I then tried PhotoBox, but I’m having the same problem. It’s also the same whether I use my iPad or my iPhone. Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

What format are the photos? If you use 'live' mode it can cause issues.1

I tried to upload a photo the other day but the service would only accept jpeg and the photo was HEIC so had to convert it.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid0

I have ‘live’ mode turned off. I’m not sure what format the photos are in but it’s strange because I’ve used Snapfish for years and never had a problem uploading from the iPad before.0

You can tell what type of format by clicking the i with the circle around it.
Snapfish don't accept HEIC/HEIF format but Photobox should.
You can change the format pics are taken in settings.Things that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid1 -
This says ‘HEIF’ so maybe that’s the problem, although PhotoBox wouldn’t accept them either. Also, I don’t know why the ‘live’ is showing when I have that turned off in settings. Is there any way to change the format of the photos already taken?0

Looks like the live setting got accidentally clicked which turned it on.If you have a MAC computer converting the file type is easy in Preview. There are also guides online how to do this with a Windows PCThings that are differerent: draw & drawer, brought & bought, loose & lose, dose & does, payed & paid1
