Can you help with the above a getting email on my desktop for my Outlook account but not on my phone.
Plus need to change my email address on the MSE forum for me how as put my email and password not allow?

The desktop is probably set up for POP access which will remoe the email from the server. Any other program/app that follows will see no email. Set up for IMAP instead and that becomes a "mirror" of what's on the server and works across all apps/devices.Re: MSE - see https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/profile to change that.
