Remortgage application with missing payments

Hi,
I moved into a new build apartment last year, and I am approaching the last 6 months of my current mortgage term. The handling of the apartments by the developers has been a shambles really. I haven't received a single service charge bill, so haven't paid a penny. The service is being disputed anyway, but that's another matter!
I also haven't paid anything for gas. One supplier wouldn't set me up at first, recently I now have two suppliers saying it's the other that supplies me! I know I could've (should've) pushed harder to resolve this.
My question is, will the absence of these payments in my bank statements be a red flag to a potential new lender?
Thanks in advance for any advice

I would expect not - they're normally looking for what you are spending rather than what you aren't (who's to say you were not on a cash prepayment meter for example?).
If they are marked as 'missed payments' on your credit file then that's a completely different matter.1 -

If you do a product transfer with your existing lender there would be no credit checks anyway.1

Many lenders do not ask for bank statements.
The ones that do generally are only looking for income evidence and signs of anything that has not been declared (ie loans etc).
