Item sent to wrong address

I purchased something on eBay and paid via Nochex. On three seperate emails I advised the seller that the address registered with Nochex was incorrect and could he send it to my new address... He even replied to an email from me that stated the new address....
Just found out it has been sent by recorded delivery to the old address - where I no longer live....
I know I should have changed my address with Nochex first... but I did send him countless emails saying that I have moved house and he still sent it to the old address...
Any suggestions as to how I can get the item re-sent to my new address???
