tns- changed to mysurvey?????????

Does anyone know what the points conversion rate to Amazon is? I mean, is it 1000 = £5 voucher, or something like that? I can't seem to find any way to find out this on the new site, though it may be glaringly obvious and I'm just not looking peoperly!

I think it would probably be the same as necter points 1000 points = £5

It says on their site - Vouchers: You must have at least 1000 points to redeem your points for vouchers. I think it would be the same but im not sure

doesnt seem to have changed, i went onto mytns.com and it says nothing about any name change

I had an email and you can change your points for amazon vouchers aswell I think, I'll be sticking to my nectar points though as you need more points i think to redeem a voucher for amazon than nectar:rolleyes:

I seem to have ended up with minus 155 points since the website changed, I emailed them a week ago about this but have had no reply

i had an email off mytns today telling me they are changing to mysurvey, (better late than never i thought) but when i tried to log on to mysurvey i had an error message that my email does not exist in their database, even though i had only received their email five minutes before!!! great start for the new site by the looks of it:mad:


i have just tried again now and i can now log on!!! oh well its all good i suppose!

Please can anyone tell me if they are still having problems with 'mysurvey'. I am owed 2425 points now, very little has gone on since they changed.
I've been sending emails EVERY day, sometimes more than once, at first I was getting some stupid nonsensical automatic reply, now they're not even replying!!
I am at the end of my tether!!!! GRRRRRR!!!
