tns- changed to mysurvey?????????

just checked my tns account, the one i get nectar card points for and its changed its name to my survey.

biggest change though is that points aren't automatically going to be added to your nectar card, threshold is 550 points, then you've got to redeem them on my survey, you then get a confirmation order no.

this seems very complicated compared to the last system! y fix something that isn't broken

hello thanks for this did not know the site had changed!!! just had a look and by the message on your rewards page it says if you have chosen nectar points as your reward these will be exchanged automatically and on a weekly basis, i think you only have to wait for 550 points if you redeem other rewards, hope this helps, thanks again.:beer:

when i went to redeem, there was no other reward bar the nectar points, ive been waiting on points for a few weeks, so having to redeem them is the reason they havn't been on my nectar account

Thanks for the post. I wasn't aware of this either, I guess at some point emails should be going out. I'd prefer rewards rather than Nectar points so thats a plus for me, but when I looked at my survey history there was no ref. no so I can't work out if points have been credited or not. Boo.....though it does say to email them if your points haven't been added within 2 weeks!! A far cry from how long it used to take. Some surveys I've waited months for. An email in the New Year is on the cards I think.

Yeah I noticed this when I logged in. Even though I've had 2 recent surveys on the MyTns website that make no mention of new mysurvey site and at the end it redirects you to mytns main page.

Doesn't look like it will affect existing members much as points will continue to be transferred to your Nectar card automatically:

You can only redeem MySurvey Points if you have a minimum of 550 points in your account, and your account is in good standing. In the UK, if you chose Nectar as a redemption option, your points will automatically be transferred to Nectar on a weekly basis no matter the points balance, and only if you provided TNS with a valid Nectar card.

Thanks for that they kept that under their chest didn't they. I dont think that I have had an email about it, or heard anything about it.

I received an email from them last week about it . think it was sent from my srvey rather than tns .

i havent had an email but noticed this a while ago. have been batting emails back and forth as i am still owed 980 points from surveys i did at the beginning of december!! one of them took me 20 minutes a day for a week so i want my points!!!!

I had the email informing me of the changes this morning, just can't get it to log me on the new site though!
