Tesco Fixed Rate Savings - teething queries.

The account summary states that interest will be paid away to your nominated account so there is no option to have it paid into the same account.

Having just spent a while on the helpline, I can confirm the following - when you open this account you need to state the maximum limit of your savings (not the amount you are saving today) also you have a savings window of 30 days BUT this must be done on any 5 consecutive days within the 30 days. Nowhere on the website could I find this information!

OK, so this has finally been resolved. The cheque DID get to Tesco bank very quickly, but they never updated the delivery status. DD requested that the cheque be cancelled, but was told the next day that it was unable to be cancelled as it had already been cashed. She checked the Tesco Banking app and sure enough it was there!
