Neighbouring garden putting off buyers

We're moved, and I couldn't be happier. It ended up being a very niche sale. Cash buyer and also next doors former lodger, so they already knew about the garden.
I took some pictures, not from the front, this is the side yard (taken from the window with the ivy in it) which is visible from the front but to be fair only just because the front overgrowth hid it, the side window and the view of half the conifers from our old garden, so you can see why people were put off. These are the least identifying pictures, it's not the full extent of the growth.
The ivy over the windows is standard and was always a negotiation. The conifers we couldn't have cut back because we'd just be left with dead looking wood covered in creeper.
Anyway, moved now! Oh it's a relief.
