Private PNC gateshead metrocentre

Morning all,
I work at the Gateshead metrocentre and park in one of the customer carparks (I do have a safety element reason for doing so other than convenience if this is relevant).
I’ve read the newbie thread with template for appealing, however I wanted to clarify something before using.
I have been charged on three consecutive days last week. I only found this out when receiving letters through the post yesterday for them all.

It states on all letters that I am a staff member and therefore need to pay. It’s not by name and states the keeper using POFA 2012 rule. There are photographs of the car and the parking terms signage on one of the exit doors to the carpark online.
My question is, would I use the standard newbie thread template to appeal all three individually, or is this not possible due to multiple charges?
Many thanks in advance.

Many thanks in advance.Which parking company and how do they know it wasn't a family member customer driving your car?

Thanks for replying.
I’ve copied the door I exit showing no sign, however there is a sign on the adjacent wall around 20 foot away, the sign with their T&C’s next to another exit I don’t use and both sides of the first NCP bill I received with redacted info missing.
The company is UKPC and I presume they don’t know who was driving, as they haven’t stated so in the correspondence and are requesting me to provide that information if it wasn’t me driving.0 -
OK so log in to view all their photos on their website to check there are none of the driver in a staff uniform, etc.
Then appeal EACH ONE as 'registered keeper' (tick the right box - the appellant must be the named person on the letter) stating:
The keeper believes that UKPC have no evidence who was driving. The images are of a parked car. There are several possible drivers in the family who use this vehicle and the driver will not be named. This is a customer car park with no reason or evidence to conclude that the driver on this occasion was not a customer.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Many thanks. I will get straight onto it.0

It's a loophole but it WILL work at POPLA.
The BPA (UKPC's trade body) like loopholes, they even employ a speeding fine loophole lawyer as their legal bod, so they can't complain.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hello. I have received a response from UKPC asking again for the drivers name and address and copies of all purchases made on the day via any form of receipts, in order for them to make a final decision on my appeal.
Should I respond or ignore the request?

Obviously you don't ruin your winning appeal by saying who was driving!
You could provide receipts of 'an occupant of the car' but don't write 'me, my or I'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Once again, thanks for the rapid response and the advice.
I’ll provide one receipt to them without stating or identifying the owner of the receipt.

A visitor to the location does not have to have actually purchased anything. Have they not heard of window shopping? By asking for receipts, they are abusing your GDPR and have no right to do so.
As this is UKPC, should they ever be so stupid as to let this escalate to a claim, we all know that they will eventually discontinue as they use DCB Legal as their solicitors.3
