My legal rights against Hoover

Since the end of May our dishwasher isn't  working. Draining issues. I have arranged repair throught Hoover. An engineer came on 26th May. Said he needed a part that he didn't have. Took another week for it to arrive. Replaced the part. Charged me £150. Couple of weeks later, the dishwasher not working again. Another visit. They said need new pump. Ordered it few weeks on still no repair. I complained last week to both CEO and bad review on Trust Pilot and asked to get compesated. Said will offer me £50 and thats it. Had the appointment booked on Monday for this Friday to get the part replaced finally. Only for engineer to ring this morning to say he still hasn't got the part and it needs reordering!
I have now been messed with 5 all day appointments that got me nowhere and made me to take time off my business. My wife suffers from skin condition from having to wash dishes with hands and I am put of pocket by £150.
Dishwasher was bought in March 2021.
Any suggestions on here? Thank you.

Simple solution to that, do the dishes yourself or buy some gloves for your good lady.

I can only see 3 days that the engineer has attended, where do you get 5 from ?

You are only be "out of pocket" if the first repair has failed and has been not repaired for free.

If the second fault is not related to the first a £50 goodwill gesture seems adequate,
