I will reiterate that to be certain, you should check with the VOA that they have treated one of your emails as a formal appeal.This is what they replied.
”We can confirm the above case number is a formal appeal of the recent change to your council tax band.We are still dealing with your case.
This process can take up to 4 months to complete, but we aim to provide a decision within 2 months.
If you have not heard from us by 20 December 2023, please contact us.
Please continue paying your Council Tax while we look into your proposal.
