New Double Red Lines on A38 outside Bristol Airport

As mentioned in the Parking Stories in the News thread, Double Red Lines have been introduced recently on the A38 near Bristol Airport. The concern was that VCS, who infest the airport roads, would be employed to catch motorists who stop on the public highway outside the airport.
My Lovely Cousin's car took a drive along that section of road today and this is what the dashcam captured.
See if you can spot any signs to support the DRLs, we didn't, nor did we see a scam-van. I'm no expert, but my opinion is the DRLs can't be enforced without the appropriate signage, although it is possible that signs and enforcement cameras, whether fixed or mobile, may be introduced later. I'll keep watch whenever I pass that way.
Start of DRLs southbound, by the main airport entrance roundabout.
End of DRLs after secondary entrance roundabout.
Dashcam video showing of start of lines. Even at half-speed I couldn't see any supporting signs.
Lines start at around 2m 25s
Bristol Airport A38 southbound DRLs, start - YouTube
Dashcam video showing end of lines.
Lines end at around 0m 36s.
Bristol Airport A38 southbound DRLs end, no signs - YouTube
