How do I am complete Panel 8 of Form RX3?

The applicant applies to cancel the restriction registered on

Date of tenancy in common              in favour of My Name

against the title number(s) listed in panel 2. The application relates to

0              the registered estate

0              the part(s) of the registered estate as shown:

I don’t what the following means:

0              the registered charge dated                                       in favour of:

Thank you for any clues,

Misha

Can anybody help with RX3. I find Panel 8 very confusing and despite a quite explicit LR video on YouTube I’m none the wiser.

    Thanks in advance,

    Misha

Presumably you are trying to cancel a form A restriction. If so then you a need ‘the registered estate’
The second option relates to removal from just part of the title or the restriction affects a charge (mortgage)

It's this bit I do not understand:

the registered charge dated                                       in favour of:

I simply don't know what information is required. Date and my name?

I have ticked the first box re 'the registered estate'.

It’s the third of three options so you can ignore it as you’re using the first option.
The third option is used where someone is cancelling a restriction linked to their registered charge. You’re not.
