Hi all, so an update;This is starting to feel like more and more of a scam; even on the courts part. After submitting my directions questionnaire to both the CNBC and the Claimant as per instruction on the 4th October, today i received a general form of judgement order ordering me to submit the directions questionnaire again.Luckily i have a auto receipt from the 4th October proving i submitted the directions questionnaire. So i called the helpline explaining the situation and they said the did not receive it etc. They said i needed to resubmit it, so with that i have proceeded to send the email again for the last 2 hours from 2 different email addresses (including the the same one I sent it from before, where i received the auto response) and i'm not getting the confirmation email. I call up again and they suggested there is something wrong with my email, and that it was working on their side.anyone experiencing problems with the email address after having successfully used it twice before? I may have to go down the recorded delivery route if not - I have until the 13th December.total shambles.0

Add your own email address as a .cc and if you receive it then so should the CNBC.2 -
And pop one in the post too, with a certificate of posting from your PO Counter (free).
As you are experiencing a 'scam' parking claim and the unwelcome burden it places on you and our court system, this will be right up your street to do this weekend, please:
Please take a moment to provide your evidence about delays to this Justice Committee Inquiry:
https://committees.parliament.uk/work/7972/work-of-the-county-court/
CLOSES ON 22nd DECEMBER.
PLEASE SAY THIS, IN YOUR OWN WORDS:
The parking industry should be required to adhere to a proper 'parking pre-action protocol' designed to keep cases out of court and agreed to by the DLUHC who are regulating the parking industry.
These generic roboclaims churn through the system, clogging up court time over meritless rip-off PCNs. The bulk litigators are making a mint and filling the court service with rubbish cases that waste Judges' time.
The Justice Committee are inviting evidence, not rants or bare opinion, so we need people like you to respond, who are currently caught up in a PPC claim, and can attach evidence and tell the Justice Committee that you didn't want to go to court but have no choice, because the PAP for Debt Claims the industry frighten people with, isn't fit for purpose for handling disputed parking charges fairly.
Show them your threatogram letters and Claim Form - and that incorrect sanctions Order - and tell them about your experience so far and how much precious time you've wasted on it.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Bit expensive - and certainly not a service to ever try to use to send something to an office on a Friday, so I hope you didn't send it today!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

The NEWBIE sticky (know what happens when) and the template defence thread (12-steps) should tell you that you will need to prepare your witness statement and, although you do not have a date, it is wise to get ahead of the game so you are not up against a (short) deadline when you do receive a date.1

@Sukh_B_85, what did happen next?
Without feedback it is difficult to understand whether the guidance being offered is working or not.

my course has been allocated to court In July - On holiday at the minute, so can’t remember the exact date but the claimant needs to respond/pay some admin fee or something by a certain date or it gets struck out.0

...more importantly, that letter gives YOU directions as well. It is WS & evidence time like you read about in the NEWBIES thread.Sukh_B_85 said:my course has been allocated to court In July - On holiday at the minute, so can’t remember the exact date but the claimant needs to respond/pay some admin fee or something by a certain date or it gets struck out.
