absolutely not. You can get better returns in the building society now than you will on BTL, without the risk and hassle.

I think about £2k/£3K for the initial course, which mainly is a hard sell to pay to move on to the next level, which costs around £10K and includes one to one support, which inevitably disappears like a puff of wind after a few weeks.jimjames said:
