Part of my fence needs replacing.

Quote I have been given is £540

Is reasonable? I am in Nottingham

5’6” featheredged boards 6”x1” timber gravel board 

3” x2” can’t cut rails ,8’x4”x4” timber posts , 6’’ high single leaf gate feather edge style including fittings

And removal of existing fencing.

Use timber posts & gravel boards, and you'll be replacing them again in ~10 years.

I'd suggest using concrete posts & boards - They will cost slightly more, but will outlast you and the next owner.
