Well done for sticking to your guns. !!!!!! UKPC signage kick-in-the-nuts for them once again.

If you're absolutely sure they have breached your GDPR, and you need to be very sure, you can sue them. If you just want to do it "on principle" you can claim, say £100-£200, and do it all online using the MCOL. All you would have to do is send them a Letter of Claim and give them 14 days minimum to either comply with correcting your GDPR and compensate you for it or else you will file the claim.

You'd have to do a bit of research on which Article of the UK GDPR and which Section of the Data Protection Act 2018 they breached.

Thanks for advising. UKPC continue to withold my data, most notably the email or written communication between them and their various agents i.e. QDR, ZZPS and the rest. In addition, QDR have by mistake supplied me with the personal information i.e. full names of others UKPC are in litigation with which I will happily report to the ICO too.

Lastly, do you know whether I can still claim costs following today's hearing?

No I can't see a way to claim costs now I'm afraid - but WELL DONE, you won!

ANOTHER UKPC ONE BITES THE DUST!

    Nicely done.

    A favour please:

    https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6463361/dluhc-private-parking-code-government-launches-call-for-evidence-discussion-thread/p27

I'm now asking everyone for photo evidence of:

    - unmanaged car parks that work perfectly well with no signs, or non-PPC signs

    and

    - car parks like Hospitals, Tesco, Sainsburys, Aldi or whatever, where the 'penalty' is no more than £50-£70.

Can you help on that thread with any photos? We are short of evidence in London. I will use the evidence in my submission to the DLUHC.

PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
