Is anyone else having issues logging in to SRBS? I can enter my user ID and password, get through to the authentication code screen, but I never receive an authentication code.

I had a similar issue so they changed my OTP to a telephone call but I find an SMS more convenient.0 -
Yes, the opposite happened to me. It couldn't call me, repeatedly, do they changed it to an SMS, much to my relief because I used to struggle to keep up with how quickly robo-man used to read out the numbers twice before abruptly hanging up on me.0
