Marmalade and CCJs

Used the policy tool, and it recommends Marmalade. Went all through the checks and just before I went to payment, an overviews popped up outlining my responses etc, and in the midst of this was a declaration that I want bankrupt but included “ I have no CCJs”
There is no mention of this in the policy, nor in the questions.
Speaking to Marmalade they will not accept anyone who has a CCJ even though I was paying yearly.
The page before this outlines the charges that they make for alterations to my declaration, so potentially if I had missed this they could have refused to insure, and then charged me a £50 admin fee.

Going to their website and clicking "get quote" the very first page it presents states:All drivers:
- Have not previously been refused motor insurance, had insurance cancelled, voided or had special terms imposed
- Have no unspent non-motoring convictions or any criminal convictions pending
- Have never been declared bankrupt or insolvent or received a CCJ (County Court Judgement), as private individuals or in connection with any business

DULLGREYGUY addedTo be able to proceed you have to click a button labeled "agree and continue"
You may have misread.
Maybe if you go directly to the website, then what you describe above is true.
but if you go via the MSE tool, (as I mentioned in the OP), no question or statement appears until the penultimate page.
This is the reason why I posted it on the forum page, to see if you could alter or amend the process0
