Capquest letter NOA - what can i do to find out more? What should i do?

SO one last thing... the letter was from intrum, with a copy from resolvecall... do i send a copy to both or just one?

Resolvecall will simply wash their hands of it and do as they always do, and return the account to Intrum.

I`d send a copy to both, to save having to rinse and repeat with another collector.
