Pets in a Pickle & Rover summer promotion on the Heart Network July/ August 2023 – Specific Rules. 

1.    The ‘Pets in a Pickle & Rover summer promotion’ (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Tuesday 25th July 2023 to Thursday 31st August 2023 on the Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules is Pets In A Pickle and the ‘Prize Provider’ is Global and Rover.

2.             IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:

3.             To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Pets In A Pickle Promotion entry page at www.heart.co.uk/win register your details and answer the multiple choice question.

4.             Online entry will open at 17:00 on Tuesday 25th July 2023 and close at 23:59 on Thursday 31st August 2023. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.

5.             Once the promotion has ended, one entrant will be selected at random from all correct entries received and deemed the main winner to receive the prize as per Rule 9.

6.             The winner will be contacted by one of our representatives via the telephone number or email address provided in their entry. The winner will be contacted by 8th September  2023.  If the winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours from first being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner.

Eligibility:

7.         The Promotion is only open to residents of mainland UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.  The winner who submitted the entry, must be able to provide a name, address, email and contact telephone number to arrange delivery of the prize.

8.        Entrants can only win once during the ‘ The Pets in a Pickle & Rover summer promotion’.

9. The winner will receive the following prizes:

a)   1 x £400 Love2Shop holiday voucher

b)   1 x £250 Rover credit

11. The £250 Rover credit will be generated as a coupon code which the winner can then enter in on their Rover account.

12. The coupon is valid until 31st July 2025.

13. The coupon code applied to Rover.com users using a valid, unexpired coupon to book services through Rover.com. The coupon value will appear in your Rover account once redeemed and will be applied toward the cost of service(s) purchased in a single booking or series of bookings. No processing fee. Void where prohibited. Bookings and services are subject to the Rover.com Terms of Service. Coupon is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Coupon code may not be re-posted to other websites without Rover.com approval.

15. Prize fulfilment will be via Global & Rover.

16. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner, for example, travel to and from a hotel.

17. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available except in our sole discretion.

18. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Your personal data, and any personal data of any guest(s)/travel     companion(s) that you or they provide to us (where appropriate), will    be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including  Communicorp UK Limited and Quidem Limited), as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.

21. We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.

22. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us or our Promotional Partners when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see our Privacy Policy for more details). You can opt out at any time.

23. We, the Promotion Partners may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion.

25. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
