Just a random thought - can they argue they did send the NTH documentation? They certainly didn't but it feels like my word against theirs.
They'll need to provide the evidence. If they do, they'll be the first PPC to do so in the 11 years that hirer liability has been available under PoFA.
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

The Newbies thread tells you to tick OTHER. Nothing has changed.

You should probably be asking @Doingmybest2015 that question, but as he/she hasn't posted following the PoPLA appeal, it's probably safe to assume that the PoPLA appeal was successful.

Sorry, no idea. Unless the OP reports back to the forum, no one else has any idea, either. But I guess it's a bit early at this stage. Let's see.

  • I recently received two parking charges from Parkmaven. Both vehicles are registered to me and the fines are seperate occasions. On both occasions my partner was driving. The notice has since been moved onto DCBL (direct collection bailiffs ltd)

the fee is now £170 per ticket. My question is what are people doing regarding the extra fee added and the parking charge in general?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated
