jet2 free child places

I was trying to book a big one time family holiday for 15. Found the free child places on Jet2 Holidays. Tried to book on one booking but only one free child place showing. So decided to book for individual families. 5 tabs open on my computer - each one showing a free child place. Booked the first room with 1 free child place - paid the deposit. Booked room 2 for just 2 adults - paid the deposit. Went to book the third room: NO FREE CHILD PLACE. Contacted Jet2 . That hotel on that date only has a total of 1 FCP!! How is it that I can see 5?? Because I am pulling the same FCP through on each attempt. It is only after a deposit is paid that the page detail changes. I believe this is misleading and possibly misrepresentation. AND I cannot get my deposits back - Jet 2 Policy. So lost £300.00 and 2 of their £60.00 vouchers, so a total of £420.00. Not happy.

I can see how that could happen with using multiple tabs. If there is only one space available it would show until it's sold on each tab.

With five tabs open its in essence 5 people looking at the last item on a shelf.  First person buys it, its no longer available for anybody else.

For a group booking contact them by phone.  There may well be discounts available.

Also doing it that way the price might rise on the later bookings as getting closer to being sold out.

So the one free child place showing was for the hotel not for each  booking.
