So if it wasn't to do with parking what was the relevance of your car and if people with and without a disability were treated the same why was it 'Due to a disability...'?
No-one should ever be rude or lose their temper but if you were as forthcoming with that poor airport employee as you have been with us I am beginning to have some sympathy.4 -
If many people were having difficulty then he was probably at least as stressed as you were,
The company wil look at both sides and take any action they feel appropriate.0 -
@alexb123 - so were you in your car asking for directions to a particular car park or to the exit?
If you really were having difficulty finding or getting your way round the airport "Due to a disability" then you might be better off complaining that the airport does not have adequate provision to help people with a disabilty to get round rather than complaining about the member of staff.
Unfortunately, other people - presumably without a disability - were having the same problems as you. Was the member of staff equally abusive to those people?1
