Virgin Money App Accounts

My wife & I have several Virgin money accounts and I can view all accounts in the phone app by selecting each of our profiles.
Yesterday I opened another VM ISA but had to open as a new customer as savings accounts sort codes start with 08 and our existing accounts all start with 82 and you cannot open a new savings account via our existing account profiles.
How do I add a further profile to the VM app, I did it before to get both our profiles on one app but cannot remember how I did it...?

I didn't think you could do that. I would have thought it was one profile per user on an app. Just to say though all my accounts start with 82, current accounts, savings accounts and 2 ISA's. My wife has hers on a separate login on her phone. You can log in to different users via the website.0

Thanks for your reply VXman, I have two profiles on my phone for VM and can switch between them so it can be done, there is a menu Account profile & settings where I could add my wife's profile, so I was hoping to add a further profile for the ISA accounts, but can't see an option to do that.

I look at my 08 virgin account on line , never tried using the App other than 82 account.

The accounts starting 08 can’t be added to the app as they are on a different computer system (the VM system before they were taken over)
Unfortunately you can only view the 08 accounts online, and no accounts starting 82 or 05 can be viewed online as these are on the CYBG system.

Sorry just to be clear, VM have two online systems, the Savings system for 08 codes and the other system where the current accounts sit. No accounts from each system can be viewed on the other, so this is why they ask this questionShedman said:

I have 2 profiles, 82 (former Clydesdale) and 05 (former Yorkshire). Can't have them both on the app. It was annoying when I was actively using the accounts from both profiles, had to access one on the app and the other one online. It doesn't bother me anymore because the only Virgin account I have money in is ISA and there is no need for managing it, but I think it is ridiculous that so many years after merger they still can't pull things together.2

Thank you everyone for all your comments, looks like we will just have to check our ISAs online and other accounts in the app, if I want to see all my accounts online I have to login twice..! as mentioned it does seem ridiculous that they haven't brought all systems together.
