This turned up in the post today. It's a high visibility arm (or leg) band. What's really clever though is that it is a long strip of reflective material with some kind of metal inside. So you can flick (or snap) it round your arm. This makes it cool enough for 11 year olds to wear. My DS loves it and hasn't parted with it since he got it
