Incorect reason for PCN from PREMIER PARK

Good morning you wonderful people.

I've used the advice provided on these forums to overtun 3 previous NTK's and PCN's but I thought the latest one I recieved was worth a mention here again.

Premier Park have issued me with a PCN for £100 with the following reason;

NOT DISPLAYING A VALID PAY AND DISPLAY TICKET

On the PCN they have included photographs of the vehicle's number plate and the windscreen to show that there was no ticket displayed.

This particular car park does not have a ticket machine and so it is wholely impossible to display a physical ticket.

There are no ANPR (or other) cameras on the enterance/exit and so the PCN does not indicate when the vehicle entered and left the carpark. Just the time and date the photographs were suposedly taken.

It seems like they have automatically talked themselves out of this one as they can't prove the driver was standing elsewhere in the car park making a note of the location number and paying for a ticket as their employee was photographing the vehicle.

Are these details worth adding to the One Size Fits All Template, or should I just proceed as normal?

Thanks in advance.

    Plan A is always a complaint from the registered keeper/hirer to their MP and the landowner.

    If that fails to bring a cancellation then you could add a one liner to the template in blue text that the contract is void for impossibility because there is no PDT machine at the site. This assumes there isn't a hidden one somewhere the driver didn't spot.

    Get photos of the site and signage asap in case you need them later. I suggest you enter the car park on foot to do this.
