I made a withrdrawal from their Triple Access Account to my nominated HSBC account at 8am this morning however the money still hasn't arrived. It's been over 8 hours now.
I've triple checked my nominated account details are it is correct and matches.

Does anyone happen to know how long it usually takes?

I've never had to wait this long from any bank I've used.

They claim same day so they have few hours yet. I have withdrawn money from Paragon and don't recall any issues but I wouldn't expect it to be that quick as  they use a intermediate bank (HSBC)

Faster payment withdrawals never guarantee same day, they have until the end of the next working day.

They don't claim to use faster payment but they claim same working day, however they don't specify when exactly is end of working day.

To be same day it'll either be faster payments or Chaps and it's unlikely to be Chaps.

So it's 7pm now and money is still awol, I called them twice today both agents stating the money will be with my by 7pm, coincidently when their customer service phone line closes.... feels like I just been fobbed off.
Will need to call them tomorrow to find out what's happening, have quite a bit of money in there and now worried I won't be able to withdraw it without it going missing!

I think you need to be more patient. Call on Wednesday if it doesn't arrive tomorrow.

I would love to be patient but waiting 48 hours for my money to arrive is slightly unreasonable....

Like I said, faster payments isn't guaranteed to be instant, it's end of next day.

To confirm, have the funds been debited from your Paragon balance? Just wondering if the withdrawal definitely went through.

As others have said, faster payment is end of next working day, but it is usually much much quicker. If not in by the end of today, probably call them and ask to speak to their fraud team on Wednesday - perhaps they’ve held the outgoing payment for checks.

Also, have you previously withdrawn from them to this account? Wondering if your nominated account is verified/authenticated.
