Cashplus Bank account closure

Help !!!!! 
Cashplus closed my business account Friday 14th July with all my funds in..... I have called them to get my funds transferred to another account and advised this would take up to 5 working days, well time is now up after sending what they required. I have wages to pay this Friday from those funds......Their customer service is the absolute worst I have come across they wont put you through to the relevant department as they are not customer facing. Any tips as I am now having to make a decision whether I close or lay off staff..... we are just a small country pub serving a wide local community and really want to carry on trading but if we dont get our funds by this wednesday then closing may become a real thing... I am at my wits end.

    Going through the exact same problem. Over 70k stuck in amount and no way to get it. Awful customer service and debilitating to my business. Did you ever get this resolved?

    They blocked my account 7th July, customer service claim they cant help, raised a complaint who after 6 weeks also said they cant help. 6 weeks after block got an email saying they were closing my account 9th October, but since then have been trying to get over £80k transferred to my new bank. Never do business with this bank they are thiefs at best!
