Flexicover hoilday insurance

Looking at purchasing some travel insurance tonight.It is to be a annual policy for myself an partner.I'm thinking of purchasing cover with flexicover direct.However I need to know if the cover applies if just one of u travels on a one of our holidays in the year or do we both need to travel for it to be applicable?If you think it still covers us if just one travels do you know where on their site it says so?
