Customers are expected to work out the volumetric weight, they just put in L W D & kg and the site gives a price, for the couriers that have volumetric pricing the price will be calculated by those inputs.mrcol1000 said:

Either OP's measurements were off as per martindow or the parcel has been incorrectly measured by the courier.
Unfortunately they don't seem to reply to bad reviews, I like the way their website implies they have 5 star reviews when they have 3.9
